About Hilal Ünal, M.D.
Prof. Hilal Ünal is a seasoned medical professional with a long-standing dedication to patient care, education, and surgical practice. She graduated from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 1982 and has built a distinguished career since, earning the title of Professor. In 2022 she joined Acibadem Health Group, where she continues to contribute her expertise. Her professional interests include breast health and senology as well as broader surgical and brain health concerns. She is an active member of several national and international organizations: Senologyc International Society, World Society for Brain Health, Turkish Surgical Association, Breast Science (Senology) Association, and the Federation of Breast Disease Associations.
