About Savaş Karataş, M.D.
Assoc. Prof. Savaş Karataş is an experienced physician with a focused interest in thyroid imaging and minimally invasive procedures. He completed advanced training in Thyroid Ultrasonography and Biopsy at Cerrahpaşa University in 2022, gaining specialized skills in high-resolution ultrasound assessment and ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration and core biopsy techniques. Since 2025 he has been practicing with Acibadem Health Group, where he applies his diagnostic expertise to manage patients with thyroid nodules and related endocrine conditions. He is committed to evidence-based care, clear patient communication, and staying current with advances in thyroid diagnostics and intervention.
