The commission conducts independent assessments to investigate whether requirements of a series of standards are met or not to improve the quality of care in healthcare organizations. The commission has accredited more than 1000 healthcare facilities in more than 70 countries. JCI standards include international patient safety goals, access to care and continuity of care, patient-centered care, assessment of patients, care of patients, anesthesia and surgical care, medication management and use, under the title of patient-centered standards. The laboratory was re-accredited by Turkish Accreditation Agency (TURKAK) in line with TS EN ISO 15189 standards to be valid as of 19\/10\/2010 and it has become the first laboratory accredited by TURKAK according to TS EN ISO 15189 standards in Turkey. Ac\u0131badem Labmed Medical Laboratory was re-accredited by TURKAK according to TS EN ISO 15189 standards in 2014 and became the first medical laboratory accredited by TURKAK according to TS EN 15189 standards within the concept of flexible scope to be valid as of 10.01.2017. The laboratory was re-accredited in January 2019 and became the first laboratory maintaining the 4th accreditation cycle in accordance with TS EN ISO 15189 in Turkey.<\/p>\n<p data-rm-block-id=\"block-17\">The accreditation of laboratories has recognized by all member countries of ILAC (International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation), as TURKAK is a party to the multilateral agreement (MRA-Mutual Recognition Agreements) of ILAC.<\/p>\n<p data-rm-block-id=\"block-18\"><strong>Ac\u0131badem Labgen Genetic Diagnosis Center<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>was accredited by TURKAK in accordance with TSEN ISO 15189 standards to be valid as of 10.01.2017.<\/p>\n<p data-rm-block-id=\"block-19\"><strong>Ac\u0131badem Labvital Food Control Laboratory<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>was accredited by TURKAK in accordance with TS EN ISO\/IEC 17025 standards to be valid as of 11.09.13.<\/p>\n<p data-rm-block-id=\"block-20\"><strong>Ac\u0131badem Labmed Ankara Tissue Typing Laboratory<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>was accredited by ASHI (American Society for Histocompability and Immunogenetics) on 09.01.2015 and became the first Turkish tissue typing laboratory with ASHI accreditation.<\/p>\n<p data-rm-block-id=\"block-21\"><strong>ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification<\/strong><span><\/span><\/p>\n<p data-rm-block-id=\"block-22\"><strong>Ac\u0131badem Mobil Sa\u011fl\u0131k Hizmetleri A.\u015e.<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>received ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certificate on March 06, 2018 and OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certificate on March 07, 2018.<\/p>\n<p data-rm-block-id=\"block-23\">Aplus Hastane Otelcilik Hizmetleri A.\u015e. completed establishment of quality management system to achieve standardization in production and operation processes of catering and textile laundry services, gather and manage the relevant processes under a certain system and it was awarded with ISO 9001 Quality Management System certificate by international accreditation commissions. It was accredited for cleaning services in 2011. Our group has completed the process of adaptation to Version 2015 of the standard on April 21, 2017 and thus, certification could be maintained.<\/p>\n<p data-rm-block-id=\"block-24\">To achieve the quality targets and ensure sustainability and development of quality management process; full participation of personnel, legal obligations, customer satisfaction, occupational health and safety, sector-specific\/technological developments and principles of continuous improvement are taken into consideration.<\/p>\n<p data-rm-block-id=\"block-25\">By adopting Quality Management Systems, it is aimed to improve productivity of corporate resources and services in all fields and accordingly, to achieve a safe, healthy, ever-developing and market-leading service structure, to \u201cmake difference for boosting quality of life\u201d for both institutions and employees in all aspects of service.<\/p>\n<p data-rm-block-id=\"block-26\"><strong>ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System Certificate<\/strong><span><\/span><\/p>\n<p data-rm-block-id=\"block-27\">ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Management System has been established and accredited to ensure food safety in food and beverage services as well as in all processes ranging from production to ultimate consumption. In this context, each product is carefully examined by means of critical control points depending on its own product group and risk factor, starting with acceptance of goods.<\/p>\n<p data-rm-block-id=\"block-28\">Qualifications of personnel are improved through continuous trainings and awareness and sustainability are maintained through assessments at different extensity levels on daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis.<\/p>\n<p data-rm-block-id=\"block-29\"><strong>ISO 27001:2013 Information Security Management System Certificate<\/strong><span><\/span><\/p>\n<p data-rm-block-id=\"block-30\">Ac\u0131badem Technology has ISO 27001 Information Management System Certificate that has been valid since 29.08.2016.<\/p>\n<p data-rm-block-id=\"block-31\"><strong>RAL-GZ 992 Certification<\/strong><span><\/span><\/p>\n<p data-rm-block-id=\"block-32\">The clothes washed and packed in APlus Laundry Factory are delivered to the relevant location and hospitals from the factory in line with the principle of \u201czero-touch\u201d. Since the principle of transporting the clean and dirty textile products separately is adopted, each stage of transfer procedure is monitored with vehicle tracking system and reported. The processes are managed through full automation system, which have been standardized by RAL-GZ 992 Professional Fabric Care Quality and Test Specifications. Management systems of APlus are certified by accredited certification organizations and laundry standards are certified by international Frschungsinstitut Hohenstein Institute. RAL \u2013 GZ 992 Professional Fabric Care Quality and Test Specifications are adopted.
